Viking Women's Soccer Win Streak Snapped at Ashford

(October 7, 2014)- The No. 24 Missouri Valley College women’s soccer team went to Clinton, Iowa Tuesday afternoon for a match with Ashford (Iowa) University.  The Vikings saw their eight-match winning streak snapped in a 1-0 loss to the Saints.   It was a defensive struggle through most of the match for both teams, but MVC did have an attempt on goal 20-minutes into the match when Junior Midfielder Maria Del Carmen Blasco’s (Madrid, Spain) header was saved by the Ashford keeper, resulting in a corner kick for Missouri Valley...   Marshall, Mo. (October 4, 2014)- The No. 9 Missouri Valley College football team hosted Avila (Mo.) University at Gregg-Mitchell Field Saturday.
