Valley Village apartment complex is comprised of 4 buildings (A, B, C, D) and provides housing to upper class students who hold a 2.5 or higher GPA. The apartments hold 5 students with separate sleeping quarters and access to a shared living room area with a small kitchenette (without appliances). The apartment also allows access to two private bathrooms within the residence and comes standard with living room furniture, furnished by the college.
