President Recognizes Faculty, Staff, After Record Enrollment
Dr. Joe Parisi was all about good news this week. Missouri Valley College’s president announced the largest salary increase in school history to the college faculty and staff, and recognized three high achieving staff members and 10 outstanding faculty members.
“We have just come off of a record enrollment,” Parisi said. “I’m so proud of what this team has been able to accomplish – their work ethic and their care for our students are what makes everything possible. We are a hard-working family, and they deserve the pay increase and the recognition.”
Parisi honored the achievements of Keely Boss, director of external affairs; Debi Bultmann, assistant to the athletic director; and John McEachern, direct of transportation and archery coach. Each received the 212 Award, given monthly for achievement “above and beyond” for Missouri Valley.
The new Outstanding Faculty Service Award was also introduced, and 10 faculty members were recognized.
“These awards are significant because the individuals recognized were selected by the students,” Parisi said. “What an honor.”
