MVC Division of Fine Arts to Host Mardi Gras Murder Mystery Dinner Party and Cook Off
The Division of Fine Arts will host a Mardi Gras murder mystery dinner party and cook off on Saturday, February 15 at 5:00 p.m. in the Malcolm Center Bacon Room.
The cook off will take place at 5:00 p.m. and the murder mystery party will begin at 6:00 p.m. Cook off participants must register and pay a $5 fee by February 11; this includes entry to the murder mystery party. Dishes must be prepared in advance and brought to the Malcolm Center Bacon Room by 4:30 p.m. for the contest. Gumbo or jambalaya are suggested, but all dishes are welcome.
The murder mystery party costs $25 to eat and participate as a character (first 8 only) or $15 to watch and eat. It costs $5 to eat and watch with a student ID. RSVP in advance by February 11 to Kaylee Hering at kmh6972@moval.edu or Harold Hynick at hynickh@moval.edu.
Proceeds will go to the theatre and dance trip to perform at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland this summer.
