To recognize and celebrate professional growth, Missouri Valley College’s CETL offers microcredentials to employees who enroll in training programs, complete deliverable assignments, and meet established requirements. Participants earn professional learning hours and receive an official MVC Certificate, underscoring their commitment to continuous learning and excellence in education.

Professional Learning and UpSkill Hours (PLUS) will be credited to each employee who completes their learning. A certificate will be earned through the completion of required assignment deliverables for each learning opportunity.

In addition to supporting college faculty and staff, CETL extends its offerings to community members through workshops, training sessions, and events designed to enhance skills and foster lifelong learning. These opportunities contribute to the broader educational development of our community, strengthening connections between the college and its external partners.
