College Presents A Christmas Carol: A One Man Show

The theatre faculty at Missouri Valley College invite you to travel back in time to the London of Charles Dickens as they present, A Christmas Carol: A One Man Show, Wednesday, December 7 and Thursday, December 8 at 7:30 p.m. nightly in the the Eckilson-Mabee Theatre on the Missouri Valley College Campus.

This one-man version of Charles Dickens’ classic tale is adapted and performed by Associate Professor of Theatre Harold Hynick who plays all your favorite characters including Scrooge, Tiny Tim, and Marley’s Ghost. Associate Professor of Theatre Jay Rozema is designing the lights, sound and scenery, while the costumes are designed by Adjunct Instructor Dyann Rozema. The funds raised will go towards student participation in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.

Tickets are $5 for adults and free for MVC students and children under 18. Tickets can be purchased at the door or reserved in advance online at or by calling 831-4052.
