MVC Men's Tennis Remains Just Outside Top 25

Marshall, Mo. (February 18, 2014)- The Missouri Valley College men’s tennis remains just outside the first regular season edition of the NAIA Men’s Tennis Coaches’ Top 25 Poll. The Vikings are in the poll’s “others receiving votes” category. The Vikings had also been in the “others receiving votes” category in the preseason poll released last month.


The Vikings have yet to play a match, but open the 2014 season Mar. 1 against No. 11 Bethany College in Lincoln, Neb. The first home match of the year will be Mar. 25 hosting Johnson County Community College. MVC will play one other team ranked in the preseason poll, traveling to No. 14 Graceland University Apr. 13
